Compact machine for tight factory installations.

The fish are transported through the machine by two lower belts.

A spring loaded top guide securely locates the fish and prevents slipping or rolling during the cutting process.

This driven top guide requires less space than top belts, resulting in a much smaller machine.

The upper frame is rigidly mounted on a single heavy column, completely opening up the tail side of the machine, and allowing any length of fish to be processed.

Materials: Heavy stainless frame, stainless shafts, bronze body bearings, brass chain guides, stainless chains
Machine is driven by one standard NEMA 56c stainless motor.
Motor is wash down design for full salt spray environment
